"I like everything about Bellerbys, the academic environment that motivates me to aim high and work really hard to achieve my goals, the friendliest and best teachers who always encourage me to say yes to every single academic challenge, and the diversity of background of friends that has helped me to fulfil myself socially.
I love my Politics class and my Politics and Law teacher and I’m proud of the fact that I’m the only girl in a small class of 6 people. I enjoy the debates that we have in class; these have widened my horizon of knowledge and introduced me to different but very interesting enlightening prospective on life. I also relish the opportunity to challenge my own set of beliefs and learn to listen and respect the views of other people as well.
Bob Mitchell, A Level Programme Manager at Bellerbys College Oxford, commented: 'Jane is a genuinely academic student with an enviable spectrum of talents that made her stand out even amongst other gifted students at Bellerbys.
She is highly self-assured, incisive in pursuing her goals; but also shows considerable humility, despite her achievements. Jane has sought out opportunities to volunteer and one can vouch for her sincerely held sense of social conscience and her vocation to work for the benefit of others.'
