Dorian Trecco

Economics teacher Rene Bradford says, “with his French charm Dorian managed to not only be a very popular student, but also to achieve outstanding results.”

And what great results.  A distinction in his Foundation Programme means that he now has the opportunity to study at a top university.  How does he feel about this new challenge?  “The Bellerbys Business Foundation enabled me to go to Royal Holloway which is an amazing university”, he says. “It is one of the top universities in UK.  I feel really happy about the fact that I’m going to study there.  The first time I went there was full of emotions because this university is extremely beautiful due to its particular architecture.  It looks like an orange castle!”

Business teacher Sara Bewes says, "Dorian speaks more than anyone I’ve ever met!  And he’s always late and always has a big apology!  He has a great sense of humour, but also knows how to balance this with some serious hard work."

“If I have advice to give, it may be to keep it serious day after day”, Dorian says. “Review what you’ve done each day.  Later on, results come up easily.  But you don’t need to work day and night to get good results.  You also need to have fun!”.

So, does Dorian feel that his time at Bellerbys has helped him prepare for his new experience at university?  “I think Business Foundation is a really nice course to study”, he says. “Because it has very good teachers and subjects which will be important for universities.  It gives you an idea about all different subjects such as Business, Economics and Mathematics.  It has helped me to make good decisions about which subject I’m going to study at university”.

The always charming Dorian says that “the Bellerbys experience will remain engraved in my mind forever”. We feel the same way: Dorian will always be fondly remembered at Bellerbys London and we look forward to seeing him soon and finding out about his great new life at Royal Holloway!
